Pulse of Presburg is a multimedia site-specific dance performance that communicates with the viewer through dance and contemporary sound and art design in the authentic scenery of the architecture of the Primate Palace.
The vibrant, colorful performance recalls the multicultural history of the city, which grew up on multinational dialogue. It reflects his present and dreams of a future that celebrates variety and diversity. The idea of the performative work is to revive the historical building of the Primate's Palace as one of the symbols of the city.
The scenographic solution communicates in opposition to the theme. The white ribbon is like a censorship that wants to hide the diversity of the history, present and future of Bratislava culture, but even that will not resist the pulsating bodies and will be painted with all colors.
This project wants to present performative art as an integral part of the life of the city and its culture to the audience and passers-by.
